Upon purchase, AFISOFT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the specific plan or version acquired. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software without express written consent from AFISOFT.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Our software is designed to assist in engineering calculations. While we strive for absolute precision and compliance with standards (NEC, IEC), the final responsibility for any engineering design or implementation lies solely with the professional engineer in charge. AFISOFT is not liable for field errors or safety issues resulting from the use of its tools.

4. Payments and Refunds

All sales are final once the digital license has been delivered. We encourage users to try the free demo before purchasing a full license. Payments are handled via secure third-party gateways.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
